Q: Can I mix the items for the Packaged Deals or the Holiday Savings pack?
A: No, unfortunately the sets are pre-packed and sold as is appears.

Q: Can I put ACT Mat in the garage and drive my car over it?
A: ACT Mats are created of foam and with that much weight on top of them, they will quickly wear out and possibly not return to normal shape once the heavy objects are removed. They can however be used in the walkways of your garage to cushion your feet.

Q: What is the difference between the ACT Mat and the Premium ACT Mat?
A: The Premium ACT Mat is denser than the ACT Mat. The Premium Wonder Mat is recommended for high foot traffic areas in commercial areas like gyms. Our standard ACT is recommended for low traffic areas like a child's room or daycare.

Q: What is the ACT Mat and Wonder Blocks made of?
A: They are made of Ethylene Vinyl Acetate foam.

Q: How do you install and is glue required?
A: Neither glue nor adhesive is required. The Wonder Mat is a do-it-yourself interlocking foam mat. Save labor cost by just snapping the interlocking teeth together. This allows for easy replacement and design flexibility.

Q: How do you clean the mats?
A: If the mats are slightly soiled, a mild and non-abrasive cleanser like Windex is fine. If the mat is heavily soiled, we recommend removing the pieces and cleaning them under sink water with mild dishwashing detergent and a soft brush. Rinse clean, towel dry and allow to completely air-dry before putting the mats back down.

Q: Can the mats be used outdoors?
A: The mats are recommended for indoor use only. However, the mats can be used outdoors, but they should not be left outside for extended periods. The constant changes in atmosphere and temperature will warp and damage the mats.

Q: Can the mats be cut?
A: Yes, the mats can be cut to allow for design flexibility. You can use a sharp razor or utility knife.

Q: Are the mats safe?
A: Yes, the Wonder Mats are safe. The mats have been tested to be non-toxic. They comply with the requirements of American Standard Testing & Material, Federal Hazardous Substance, and the Consumer Product Safety Commission.

Q: Can we machine wash your felt and cotton items?
A: We recommend hand washing and line drying.


Return/Exchange Policy:

We want you to be satisfied with the purchases you make with us. If you're not satisfied, you may return or exchange the following within 10 days of the shipment's receipt:

  • Unused items in its original carton.
  • New products in an unused and undamaged condition.

*Unless the return/exchange is due to ACT, Inc. error, we can't refund shipping charges. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns that are not due to ACT, Inc. error.


How to Return/Exchange:

1. Follow the instructions on the back of your packing slip.
2. Include the packing slip with your shipment.
3. Use the original carton, if possible.

Missing Items in Shipment:

If you find that you are missing an item from your shipment and you just received your order, please be patient. We often pack and ship orders that contain several items in separate boxes. Occasionally, the packages arrive different days, even if we shipped them at the same time.

Please allow 7 business days to pass. If you still haven't received the missing item or items, please e-mail us. We will process your claim.
