Return/Exchange Policy:

We want you to be satisfied with the purchases you make with us. If you're not satisfied, you may return or exchange the following within 10 days of the shipment's receipt:

  • Unused items in its original carton.
  • New products in an unused and undamaged condition.

*Unless the return/exchange is due to ACT, Inc. error, we can't refund shipping charges. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns that are not due to ACT, Inc. error.


How to Return/Exchange:

1. Follow the instructions on the back of your packing slip.
2. Include the packing slip with your shipment.
3. Use the original carton, if possible.
4. Mail the package to the address listed below:

5. For your protection, we recommend you send your return/exchange with an insured, trackable carrier like UPS.
6. Once we receive your return, we'll process your return/exchange within 7-10 days after receipt of your package.
7. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.


Missing Items in Shipment:

If you find that you are missing an item from your shipment and you just received your order, please be patient. We often pack and ship orders that contain several items in separate boxes. Occasionally, the packages arrive different days, even if we shipped them at the same time.

Please allow 7 business days to pass. If you still haven't received the missing item or items, please e-mail us. We will process your claim.


Price Guarantee:

Our prices are guaranteed to be the lowest in the market. If you have made a purchase with us and found it cheaper elsewhere, all you have to do is show us the competitor's advertisement and we will refund you the difference! Competitor's products must be comparable in design and quality. Refund request must be made within 10 days after our invoice date. Send us copy of our invoice along with the competitor's advertisement. Allow 7-14 business days for us to process your request and one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
